Application Procedure

Please make sure you bring the required documents. You will be informed of the date of your selection interview and screening when you submit your enrollment application.

Documents selection

If we do not receive all of the documents required for your enrollment application, you may not be eligible for screening.

Entrance examination

Please arrive 15 minutes early on the designated day. If late comes may not sit the examination. There will be a Japanese language test and an interview. (AO applicants who have completed their interview are exempt)

Announcement of examination results

After the screening, the result will be notified by post within 10 days. We will not respond to telephone enquiries.

Admission procedure・Tuition Payment

The acceptance letter along with the fees payment schedule will be directly sent to your address. Please pay the tuition by the deadline.
※Reluctantly, if you decline the enrollment, we will refund the tuition fees except the entrance fees for those who have completed the procedure of declining enrollment before March 31, 2022.After April 1st, the entrance fee, tuition fees and other fees will not be refunded according to the Supreme Court procedure.

Letter of Acceptance

Once tuition payment procedures have been completed and payment has been confirmed at this school, an acceptance letter will be issued.
(Please retain this form until your student identity card is issued.)

Purchase of Textbooks and Materials

We will send you a list of the textbooks and materials that you need to purchase around February.
※Payment by installment or delayed payment is not allowed for textbook/equipment fees.

Visa procedure

Please change and update your VISA by the entrance Ceremony. You may not enter the school until you have completed your Visa formalities.

New Student Guidance (April)

Each course will have guidance for new students, and hand out textbooks.

International Student Guidance (April)

Guidance Sessions will be held for international students regarding visas, student life and post-graduate employment.

Entrance Ceremony (April)

You will be notified of the date of the Entrance Ceremony by post.
